This class is perfect for everyone. Easy slow flow with a lot of seated and reclining poses. It can help stimulate or balance the digestion, assimilation and elimination processes fo the body as it is targeting the digestive organs. It will gently massage the internal organs and help flatten the belly. Come back to it 2-3 times a week and when you are ready you can move to my Level 2 yoga for digestion. 
Yoga for stimulating the digestive fire. Yoga flow to reduce bloating and indigestion. Expect twists, stomach vacuums, core strengthening poses, tummy flattening poses, circular movements in an easy seated pose. Finishing with a supine twist, gas relieving pose and Shavasana, the final relaxation. 

Easy yoga for everyone.
